We are an artisan bakery who bakes sourdough bread and cakes with real butter.
The bakery is open the first Sunday every month from 8-10. (except January and Juli).
We have been open since 2013 and we love it.
We are a nose to tail and low waste bistro.
The bistro offers menus inspired by local ingredients and the rich and diverse culinary history of Europe, focusing on the best of danish seanonal food and drinks.
Our bistro is our ”hygge”, our food and our communal dining.
